Group- Each monthly 120 minute group consultation will be held in Elizabeth's office in Grant Park. .Elizabeth's consultation style will include her professional experience as a mind/body psychotherapist, yogi and her influence of D. W. Winnicott concept of the "holding environment". This group is not technically supervision, but will be a facilitated case consulting, discussion around countertransference advanced skill building and professional development. Each session will begin with a guided meditation, and a grounding body awareness activity Participation also includes: • Invitation to a yearly retreat - An opportunity for deep self-care including reflection, yoga, meditation, exercise, and processing practice for next year goals. • Access to closed Facebook page – Enjoy ongoing discussion & social support anytime.
